How to Start A Club

About Our Traditional Program
For areas with 5 or more leaders and a volunteer Area Coordinator, Fun with Faith Clubs, Inc. offers our Traditional Club Program. Under this program, our ministry team will train and assist the Area Coordinator to: recruit, train and support leaders. The ministry will provide materials and curriculum, on loan, for the program year. Dues of $40 per child are charged and each area is asked to support the ministry’s fund-raising efforts. (Fun with Faith Clubs, Inc. is a 501-C3 not-for-profit ministry and dues cover less than half of our operating budget. Thus we rely on donations to operate). All leaders agree to follow the ministry’s Traditional Program Guidelines, which are intended to have the greatest impact for the Lord, while minimizing problems and issues, based on lessons learned during our years as a ministry. Leaders will bear nominal costs, typically less than $40, to form and lead Clubs under this program, which they may share with Club members.

If you live in an area where Fun with Faith Clubs already has an established team of leaders and an Area Coordinator, you may wish to join this team and use our Traditional Program, where you can enjoy the benefit of an established team and program. If you are in an area without an established team, you can still take advantage of this Traditional model if you can recruit 4 or more other leaders to form a team. One of these leaders will serve as an Area Coordinator, interfacing with our ministry team and providing leadership to the area team. Fun with Faith Clubs, Inc. has structured our programs to be available to Christian parents or organizations at nominal cost.

How to Start A Traditional Club
Starting a Traditional Fun with Faith Club begins with prayer, a commitment and a Christian parent volunteers his or her time to build the spiritual foundation of their child and classmates. A Christian parent is identified by the Fun with Faith Clubs, Inc. as one who:

1. Has made a public confession that Jesus Christ is their personal Lord and Savior and has received Him into their life.

2. Acknowledges Him as sovereign Lord over all areas of their life.

3. Believes the Bible is the true, complete Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit, and without error.

Prospective Club Leaders are interested parents who attend an Interest Meeting offered by the ministry and receive detailed information about leadership and the curricula. We ask you to pray for God’s leading, and if you feel called to lead a Club you fill out a Leader Application which gives you an opportunity to give your Christian testimony and understand the leadership requirements.

The ministry has dedicated volunteers serving as Area Coordinators. These AC’s tell you all you need to know about becoming involved in the Fun with Faith Clubs. To find out how to contact an Area Coordinator near you call the ministry headquarters at 1-800-581-4919.

All Club Leaders are formally trained by the Fun with Faith Clubs, Inc. Each leader invites all the children in his or her child’s classroom to be a part of the group.

What You Can Expect
You can expect support, encouragement and prayer from our ministry team as you form and operate your Club. You can expect to be used by God to make a difference in the lives of the children in your Club(s). Please pray about this opportunity and contact us if you feel led to form a Club.
